How it works

Three steps from first call to a weekly rhythm. Most stations are fully handed off within two weeks.

  1. A 20-minute call, then a review of your pay cycle, driver files, hiring pipeline and the last four scorecards. You get a written summary of what we would take over and what stays with your team.

  2. You grant access to the tools you already use. We agree the weekly cadence, the approval points that stay with you, and you meet your named ops lead and their backup.

  3. Monday summary in your inbox, pay run approved Thursday, scorecard actions closed Friday. Anything that needs a decision is one message away from the same person every day.

Questions owners ask first

Straight answers. Anything not covered here is a 20-minute call away.

No. We take the administrative load off them. Your dispatcher still runs the floor and your managers still coach drivers; we handle the paperwork, follow-ups and reporting around that work so it actually gets done.

Through accounts you create and control, with the permissions you choose. We never ask for your personal login and we work inside your existing payroll, HR and dispatch tools rather than moving your data somewhere new. Access is removed the day the engagement ends.

The audit call can happen this week. Most stations are fully handed off within two weeks; payroll can usually be taken over from the next pay cycle after access is set up.

No. Engagements are month to month with 30 days notice to end. There is no setup fee. If it is not working, you keep your files, your documentation and your processes.

Pricing depends on driver count and which services you hand off, and is quoted per station after the audit call so you only pay for what you use. Most owners start with the combined package: HR and recruitment, payroll, performance and safety together.

No. DSP Crew is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. We serve owners in the Amazon DSP program, and we stay current on program requirements so your documentation and processes keep up.

Driver data stays in your systems. Our team works under a signed confidentiality agreement, uses individual accounts with two-factor authentication, and follows a written data handling policy that we share during the audit.

Every station has a named ops lead and a trained backup who already knows your setup. Pay runs, scorecard actions and dispatch support do not pause for a vacation.
