How DSP Crew collects, uses and protects personal data, including your rights under GDPR and US state privacy laws.
This policy explains what personal data DSP Crew LLC ("DSP Crew", "we") collects when you use https://www.dspcrew.com, contact us or become a client, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors, prospective clients and the people whose data our clients ask us to process.
Who is responsible for your data
DSP Crew LLC is the data controller for data collected through this website and our sales process. Contact: info@dspcrew.com.
When we process driver and employee data on behalf of a client (payroll, HR records, hiring), the client is the controller and we act as a processor under a written data processing agreement.
What we collect
- Contact and enquiry data: name, email, phone, company, service interest and the message you send us, when you use a form or email us.
- Newsletter data: your email address and the date you subscribed.
- Usage data: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, collected only if you accept analytics cookies (see the Cookie policy).
- Client data: contract, billing and contact details for the businesses we work with.
- Data processed for clients: driver and employee records supplied by our clients, processed only on their instructions.

How long we keep it
Enquiry data: 24 months after last contact. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Client contract data: the term of the agreement plus the period required by tax and accounting law. Data processed for clients: for the duration set in the data processing agreement, then deleted or returned.
Who we share it with
Service providers who host our website, send our email, and provide the tools we use to deliver services, each under contract and only for the purposes above; professional advisers; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Our systems are hosted in the United States. Where data from the EEA or UK is transferred, we rely on standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have equivalent rights, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither). To exercise a right, email info@dspcrew.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We use individual accounts with two-factor authentication, role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest for the systems we control, and a written data handling policy that every team member signs.
Children
This website is for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced to clients directly.
