The DSP glossary
Plain-language definitions of the scorecard metrics, tools and station words a new owner meets in the first month. General descriptions — always check the current program documentation for exact definitions.
- DSPDelivery Service Partner
- An independent business that delivers Amazon packages with its own drivers and vans out of an Amazon delivery station, under the Amazon DSP program. How DSP Crew helps with back office and reporting
- Scorecard
- The weekly performance report a DSP receives from the program. It groups metrics into areas such as safety and compliance, quality and team, and places the DSP in a tier for the week. How DSP Crew helps with performance and scorecard
- Fantastic Plus
- The top tier on the weekly scorecard. Consistent tier performance is one of the things that protects a DSP’s route volume. How DSP Crew helps with performance and scorecard
- DCRDelivery Completion Rate
- A quality metric describing the share of packages dispatched that were delivered rather than returned to the station. How DSP Crew helps with performance and scorecard
- DNRDelivered Not Received
- Packages marked delivered that the customer reports as not received. Photo on delivery and correct delivery locations are the usual levers. How DSP Crew helps with performance and scorecard

- DSBDelivery Success Behaviors
- A group of app-driven behaviours during delivery that the scorecard tracks as a quality signal. How DSP Crew helps with performance and scorecard
- DPMODefects Per Million Opportunities

- CDFCustomer Delivery Feedback
- Feedback customers leave about a delivery, summarised on the scorecard as a quality metric. How DSP Crew helps with performance and scorecard
- Contact Compliance
- Whether drivers use the app’s approved methods to contact customers rather than personal phones. How DSP Crew helps with safety and violations
